  Hello,
  
  I used to be a teacher from Hanoi now living by the seaside Phú Yên, south central Vietnam. I am not a sociable person. I would like to make a difference for all of us, for the world we live in, for the animals, the trees, the sand, the water, all the living or dead things, especially after so many disasters all around us! I like hard working people, someone who really want to make it better for the environment. If you know what you are doing, please contact me. If you are in between your dream offer, this is not for you. For the right people you can stay as long as you like.
  
  I have a cat, her name is Siren/Xoài. She is a Calico. She is more friendly than I am.
  After today, boxing day, I am going to adopt a cripple dog. I have not experiences with animals, however I believe no one should go hungry and being mistreated, being human or animals!
  
  I have a beach clean project ( collecting plastics and all recycling materials to build concrete blocks) then build the concrete blocks. These blocks are for people to rebuild their damaged/ lost home after hurricane, flood. And/ or for public roads and the likes. I used these blocks to build retaining wall on this property from 2023-2024, the studio from June to October this year.
  
  Some gardening and cleaning.
  
  
  COLLECTING PLASTIC& RECYCLING MATERIALS and BUIlD THE BLOCKS
  
  5 hours a day, 5 day/week; private room with en suite. Breakfast with coffee or tea and fruits of the season, local food for meals.
  Kitchen and fridge space is available for buying food if you want to make your own meals on your day off.
  
  Until everything is decided upon and finalized, or otherwise during the correspondence period, please keep good , timely communication (eg: don’t ghost us just because something else came up). Let us know if you can’t make it. We have our own time to manage .
